ABA-IPL Speaking Opportunity on Oracle v. Google Copyright Case

Announcement:

On behalf of the Diversity Action Group of the ABA’s Section of Intellectual Property Law, we are seeking diverse attorneys that would be interested in being considered as a panelist for a CLE program on the Oracle v. Google case on appeal to the Federal Circuit and related copyright infringement issues. If so, we request a copy of your resume to pass along to the program planners. The program will be on Saturday, Aug. 10, 2013, in San Francisco in conjunction with the ABA’s Annual Meeting. Click here for an article published in the Section’s Landslide ® magazine about the case. Given the planning schedule for this conference, we anticipate that the two open slots on the panel might be filled by the end of this month, so we would appreciate your early reply.

Thank you for your consideration.

Best regards,

Kris Davis, Chair (kdavis@mcandrews-ip.com)
Indira Saladi, Vice Chair (isaladi@zebra.com)
George Jordan, Immediate Past Chair (gjordan@fulbright.com)
